Children are playful and creative. They love to explore, don't fear failure, and adapt their approach to try and try again.
What better age to introduce the concept of entrepreneurship? It's been said that every second grader wants to be a veterinarian. Sure they do...if they have a pet! So what if they aren't ready to think big thoughts and change the world with technology or scientific discovery? Build on what interests them now, and keep that creativity and energy flowing until they're ready to fly.
That's what the K-8 Entrepreneurship Curriculum is all about. It helps children explore their creativity, learn how money works, discover how their local government and the economy works, and broaden their future career horizons.
Whether you teach math, language arts, science, PE, music, or history, the K-8 Curriculum can be woven throughout your courses to enhance your students' understanding of the world around them.
